Margaret Crutchley and Neeta Popat Kataria at St Marylebone church
30 June 2021 in Exhibitions, Painting by Paul ReganMargaret Crutchley and Neeta Popat Kataria have both had portrait paintings of theirs displayed on the large hoarding protecting St Marylebone church on the Marylebone Road, while major building and restoration work are carried out. The church was designed by architect Thomas Hardwick and built around 1817. The work, is part-funded by the National order ambien Lottery Heritage Fund.
The portraits are all of famous order xanax people who either lived, worked, or had some connection to the area. Margaret painted John Nash, 1752-1835 and Michael Faraday, 1791-1867. Nash was an architect, who worked mainly for the Prince Regent (future George IV) and designed Regent’s Park, Regent Street, Park Crescent and the Brighton Pavilion. Faraday was a brilliant physicist and chemist and charismatic lecturer, best known for his work on electro-magnetic induction and the electric motor. Neeta Kataria modafinil painted the cellist Jacqueline du Pre, 1945 – 1987.
