Raina Goran

 

1. My favourite work from last year is:
Washing Day, Kerala, 60x48cm, Acrylic and collage on paper, 2025

 

2. The piece I am working on now is:
I’m currently working on a series inspired by street markets in Vietnam. I’ve just finished ‘Vietnam Lady in Red’

 

3. My favourite work ever is:

Sunset over London Bridge, 85x 60cm, Acrylic and collage on board, 2025

 

4. What were your 2025 highlights?

My 2025 highlights were my sell out open studio show, exhibiting in Chelsea Art Society Summer Exhibition and showing work at five exhibitions with the Royal Watercolour society.

5. Can you describe your work in ten words or less?

Collage and Colour inspired by city and urban landscapes.

6. What materials do you use to make your work?

I use St Cuthberts Mill hand made watercolour paper, Winsor and Newton professional acrylic paint and acrylic inks, a scalpel and acid free dry glue.
